JK Rowling House in Edinburgh, has been Sold

EDINBURGH, (manadotimes)-  A house in Edinburgh, home to Harry Potter author, JK Rowling, has been sold.

Rettie housing agency says it only took three weeks for the house sold for above starting price of £ 2.25 million. Rettie revealed that more than 16,000 visitors to the site to see these ads, reported by bbc on November 26, 2012.

Multi-millionaire writer, moved out of the house in Merchiston to a house in Barnton in 2009.

JK Rowling previously lived with her husband Dr Neil Murray and three children in Merchiston.

The house is built of stone, has two floors and an office building.
